This online survey was conducted during October 2010 and the results are representative of all 16-18 year olds based on age and gender. Key findings included:
- 37% of young people hear sexual name calling towards girls on a daily basis at school;
- 29% of females have been touched sexually by someone at school when they have not wanted it;
- 24% of young people report that teachers never tell them that behaviour such as unwanted sexual touching, sharing of sexual pictures or sexual name-calling is unacceptable.
